| Home Energy Assistance will assist eligible households in paying for home energy heating and cooling, as well as crisis energy assistance. One home energy benefit will be made on behalf of the applicant and all persons living in the applicant's home. Payments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis as long as funds are available. Applications can be picked up from LCAA's neighborhood centers, utility providers and other social service providers. Assistance in filling out the application will be provided if requested. |
